Registration Costs

The cost to register is €10 per person + the Eventbrite registration fee. This includes participation in all the activities, a burger & chips and a Goody Bag (TBC).

If you are not in a position to pay the fee please contact info@sportingpride.ie

What to Wear

  • Please wear comfortable sports clothing.

  • The activities will take place on a grass pitch so feel free to wear studded boots if you have them. However, the Lacrosse may take place on the hockey pitch (TBC) and you will need regular runners or astro runners for this.

  • Showers are available on site if you wish to use them afterwards but they are open showers, not individual cubicles.

  • You can leave your bag in the function room during activities - a volunteer will be on site and staying in the room with the bags. However, we cannot take responsibility for any valuables so please take them with you or leave them at home where possible.

  • Once the sports activities end at 3.00pm we will no longer have a volunteer in that role.

Food & Refreshments

Food will be served from 3.00pm. The cost of food is included in the registration fee. The food will be cooked during the sports and most should be ready for collection when you finish around 3.00pm. During the registration process you will be able to say if you need a vegetarian or vegan option. During registration you can also inform us if you are Coeliac so we can ensure a food option is available for you on the day.

We ask that all participants bring their own bottled water. The clubhouse bar will be open for anyone who wants to buy a drink on site.

Paramedics

A paramedic will be on site. Please don’t hesitate to approach the paramedics or a volunteer if you are in need of any support.
